Harvest Margarita
El Tesoro Blanco, Cherry Guajillo Syrup, Lime

1 ½ oz El Tesoro Blanco
¾ oz Cherry-Guajillo Chile Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
In a mixing glass add syrup, lime juice, tequila and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Cherry Guajillo Chile Syrup
1 lb frozen cherries
5-6 guajillo chiles (dried whole)
3 cups water
3 cups sugar
Thaw cherries 1 hour before you start. In a stock-pot boil water and sugar, when mixture reaches a boil add cherries and chiles. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 20 mins. When finished let the liquid cool down for 30 minutes. Blend liquid in a blender until smooth. Strain mixture through cheesecloth or a chinois.
